Dynamo Park Stockton welcomes agents for breakfast launch

Last week, we welcomed local agents to Dynamo Park, Stockton-on-Tees for our breakfast site launch. It was a good opportunity to update everyone on the progress being made across the development following our first occupier announcement. Dynamo Park has reserved matters approvals in place for design & build units ranging from 45,000 – 132,000 sq ft, alongside plots available for bespoke occupier requirements, with infrastructure works due to be completed by the end of the year. With direct access to the A19 and strong links to the A66, Teesport and the wider North East network, the site is well positioned for logistics and industrial occupiers looking to expand in the region. As the development progresses, we remain flexible in our approach and are open to discussions around bespoke requirements.
